JustPrint provides tools for the creation, customization, and automated generation of files intended for professional uses related to printing and visual production.

2. Acceptance of the terms

Any use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Access to the service

The service is available to professionals as well as to individuals with the necessary legal capacity.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

4. Subscription and payment

Access to certain features of the service requires a paid subscription.

Prices are indicated on the website or provided by quote.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, in particular Stripe.

Unless otherwise indicated, subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing period.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account area, provided the subscription is monthly.

5. User obligations

Users undertake to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws
• Refrain from using the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Refrain from harming the security or operation of the service
• Hold the necessary rights over any content imported or generated

6. Intellectual property

The software, technologies, interfaces, graphic elements, and content belonging to JustPrint remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

No transfer of intellectual property is made to the user.

7. Availability of the service

JustPrint strives to ensure the continuous availability of the service.

However, temporary interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance, updates, or in the event of force majeure.

8. Limitation of liability

JustPrint cannot be held liable for any indirect damages, data loss, loss of operations, or commercial losses resulting from use of the service.

Users remain solely responsible for verifying the files, content, and parameters generated before any use or printing.

9. Termination

JustPrint reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
